What is your return policy for gym equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs on heavy freight items.
How do I know if the Profile® Folding Rack will fit my ceiling height?
Our standard Profile racks require a minimum ceiling height of 91 inches, while our Short racks require 73 inches. Always ensure you have enough clearance for pull-ups and overhead movements.
