Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
